John Cleary, Founder/Partner

Prior to founding A Player Executive Search in 2006, John developed his recruitment skills working for a top-rated search firm in Orange County, California. He played a major role in finding and placing talented sales execs within some of the tech industry’s greatest success stories. Before entering the recruitment side of the tech business, John spent 14 years in a number of sales and sales management roles, all within the tech sector. Most recently he was a regional sales manager at BSquare Corporation (BSQR), a Microsoft “embedded” partner. Before that he was the Regional Sales Director at Annasoft, another Microsoft partner. His first job after graduating from UC Riverside with a Business Degree was as a field sales representative for Canon Inc. (CAJ).
